Overview

Please read these terms before scheduling or attending a free trial with Rhythmic Ribbon of Texas ("RRT"). By booking a trial or registering for classes, you agree to these terms. This website is for personal, non-commercial use and information is provided for general purposes only.

Eligibility & Parental Consent

You certify that your child has no medical conditions that prevent participation. By registering your child or booking a trial, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.

Assumption of Risk

By registering for or attending any class or trial, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of gymnastics activities and agree that RRT, its owners, staff, coaches, and volunteers are not liable for injuries, property damage, or losses sustained during participation in RRT programs. A waiver and release form will be provided at the studio prior to participation.

Booking & Cancellation

Each athlete is eligible for one free trial. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. RRT may occasionally adjust class schedules or trial details and will notify you of any changes.

Conduct

Participants agree to follow coach instructions, respect facility rules, and behave courteously.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
